MISSIONS :

You will be responsible for the physical and telephone reception of international customers: reservations, advice, check-in and check-out.
You will provide a quality service to ensure that customers' stays run smoothly and that they are satisfied.
You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the reception staff, providing processes tailored to the establishment.
Working directly with management, you will promote the establishment with the agencies. You will set up the Yield, private sales and special offers and promote these actions. You will market via channelmanager and OTA.
You will monitor and supervise day-to-day tasks in liaison with the teams in the various departments, particularly the rooms and restaurant teams, as well as with the various people working in the hotel.
You will monitor the accounts, handle disputes, close the cash register, debit accounts and produce statistics.

PROFILE : 

With a background in the hotel industry, you have a good grasp of the essentials of the reception business.
You are naturally pleasant and have a real sense of service. Your presentation is impeccable and you have a taste for a job well done.
You will be rigorous and responsive, guaranteeing a high quality of customer service. You have the interpersonal skills to work with teams. You'll be able to react quickly and be versatile enough to meet the various demands of the departments.

Language :: minimum professional English required
Software: Hotel PMS (Véga preferred),
Pack Office: Excel, Word, Power Point + mastery of yield management
Full-time permanent position available immediately
Net remuneration: Dependent on profile and experience.
Experience: minimum of two years in the same type of position, ideally in the hotel and star restaurant sector.
Location: Bagnoles de L'Orne, Basse Normandie, 250 km from Paris, 80 km from Caen.
