This former hunting lodge is now a renowned 4-star hotel and restaurant in the Orne department. First awarded a Michelin star 25 years ago, Franck Quinton and his team have mastered the delicate art of mushrooms: the chef uses over 70 different varieties in his signature recipes.
Le Manoir du Lys’ gourmet restaurant celebrates the local produce that Franck Quinton personally finds, either on walks or from his local suppliers.
